Jennifer A. Moore

As an associate at Fernandez, Friedman, Grossman & Kohn, PLLC, Jennifer’s practice primarily includes personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death, professional malpractice, products liability, employment discrimination and wrongful termination, and the trial of other civil cases. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Transylvania University with a major in Political Science in 1995. Jennifer received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1998. While attending law school, Jennifer served as Associate Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal (1997-98) and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Jennifer worked as a summer clerk for Whitlow, Roberts, Houston & Straub in Paducah, Kentucky in 1996 and for Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs in Louisville, Kentucky in 1997. Following her graduation from law school, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Boyce F. Martin, Jr., Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. From 1999 to 2002, Jennifer worked as an associate at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal in San Francisco, California. Jennifer’s practice focused in the areas of complex commercial litigation and labor and employment. Upon her return to Kentucky, she served as the Finance Director for the United States Senate campaign of Lois Combs Weinberg. Jennifer is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and California and is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky, California and American Bar Associations and the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys.
